Hybrid Training
Combine the best of both worlds with our hybrid training. Enjoy one-on-one in-person sessions complemented by ongoing support through our app. This program ensures continuous progress with weekly updates and personalized adjustments to your training plan.
$60 for an in-person session + $15 per week to maintain the program on the app
Meet Colin Foley
FOUNDER OF MOVEMENT SPORTS PERFORMANCE
Colin Foley is a Licensed and Certified Athletic Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist with nine years of coaching experience in Hampton Roads. Specializing in injury prevention, sport-specific speed and agility, and power movements, Colin is the strength and conditioning coach for Virginia Wesleyan Men’s & Women’s Soccer and Norfolk Baseball Academy.
A former collegiate soccer player turned climber, Colin leverages his extensive knowledge and passion to help individuals achieve peak performance. Committed to guiding clients toward greater accomplishments, he excels both on the field and in the gym.
